The holiday season is upon us and we are so appreciative of the time to celebrate and gather with family and friends. Thank you for keeping our community healthy and safe. Please check out SF's latest safety health reminders.   PERFORMING ARTS UPDATE – Tonight!!!  We are excited to host a live in-person visual and performing arts extravaganza!  When? Tonight - Wednesday, 12/13/23 @ 6:00 p.m.      * * * * * *  STM Presents  * * * * * *    2023 Christmas Concert  PEACE ON EARTH Wednesday, December 13, 2023 @ 6:00 p.m.    * * * Festive attire is encouraged by all! * * * Parents – Please plan on getting your students home for an early dinner and then prepare for a festive evening filled with visual and performing arts.  Students – please report back to school @ 5:30.  * * * * * *  * 6th Grade Advent Art 2023 *   We are honored to partner with the following organizations during this season of giving! SF Firefighters Toy Program - Toy Drive – Place any unwrapped toy, book or game in the toy bin located in the front office. La Casa de Las Madres - Holiday Gift Box Drive - La Casa de las Madres - A Refuge. An Advocate. A Strong Voice Against Domestic Violence.  One Warm Coat - Donate new or gently used Coats for children or adults San Francisco Marin Food Bank - Bring in Canned and/or other packaged food donations. WinterFaith Shelter Walk 2023 - Donate to help those who are currently unhoused. The first round of acceptance letters will be distributed in January. Schedule a tour by calling (415) 317-6269 or email our Director, Stephanie at svorrises@stmsf.org. Current STM families are given priority enrollment! January-February Yard Duty Sign Up Parents – Please review the STM Yard Duty - Volunteer Guidelines                                            STM Volunteer Guidelines - Please make sure that you are monitoring all the children in your area or zones and not just your own child/children. - No pictures of the students are permitted during recess or lunch duty.   - All phones are to be put away and only used in case of an emergency.   - Kindly encourage the students to clean up after themselves and their community. - Please talk with the faculty member on duty if you have any questions. - Each day is 1.5 hours for parent hours.  - Please only sign up for a maximum of 4 days. This way we have more opportunities for more parents.  - Please note - the maximum service hours a family can receive for Yard Duty is 6 hours per school year. Sign up here!
