On Tuesday, our Kindergarteners engaged in conversations about the Chinese zodiac and the special Chinese New Year celebrations and customs. Kindergarteners were particularly excited to hear about all the delicious traditional New Year's dishes such as noodles that signify longevity, dumplings that represents wealth, and shimp (蝦) embodies liveliness and good fortune as seen in the photo above. Students may bring a lunch from home or avail of our Choice Lunch Program. We ask you to avoid dropping off lunch for your child at the front office unless in emergency situations. | | | Extended Care Job Opportunity Extended Care has an employment opening. Currently, the available shift is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30-5 PM, but it could lead to more hours down the road. This position is perfect for a local college student who wants to work part-time. Preference will be given to STM alumni.
