STM Newsletter for Wednesday, May 25, 2022 May 25, 2022 Dear Families, How quickly this school year is coming to an end! 8th graders are preparing for their last week at STM and their graduation on June 3rd. Some students in 4-7 grades are busily campaigning for the upcoming Student Council elections and preparing to wow the students with their election speeches. The school is humming with end of the year activities, summer plans and the general buzz of excitement that comes on around the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. This is also the time of the year when we let you know that we will be saying goodbye to some of our wonderful teachers and staff members who are moving on to other schools or activities for the coming school year. We thank Mrs. Frazier (K), Mr. Antram (1) and Ms. Alvarez (3) for their contributions to our school. They have each been with us just a very short time but were loved very much by their students. Mr. K (7) is retiring from the classroom but will be taking over as the new STM Gym Director. He will also continue in his role as Extended Care Director and school liaison to the Athletic Board. Leaving our front office are Administrative Assistant/Admissions Director, Betty Quinlan and Carla Blenkinsop, our Accountant and HR representative. It has been a pleasure to work so closely with them in the day to day running of the school. We are blessed to have already found replacements for the majority of these positions and Mr. Greenbaum is looking forward to introducing the new staff to you in August.
