It was so lovely to have everyone gathered to honor and celebrate. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.  Re-registration fee will be DUE 4/15/25 and billed to your FACTS Account. STM Maintenance Fee 2024-2025 $500 MAINTENANCE FEE - All Families This fee supports the basic maintenance of the school plant. This fee will be billed to your FACTS account.  This fee may be paid in installments or in one payment as you wish. It must be paid in full by March 1, 2025. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances. SPRING READ-A-THON FUNDRAISER - All Families All TK-8 students will participate in the Spring Read-A-Thon. There will be a minimum total pledge amount of $30 per child for the Read-A-Thon. Forms are due by March 19, 2025. STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2024-2025   SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2025.   Utopia Preschool Applications for 2025-2026 Utopia Preschool is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions. If you do not receive an email you can access the link by:  Visiting STM PC Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left. Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To" All parent volunteers are required to complete Virtus online training and fingerprinting prior to any school event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. After hearing statements from the Golf Club and the STM/Utopia community, the commission voted 4-2 to approve the request for a Conditional Use Permit.  Because of our collective efforts many modifications have been made. However, we will continue to work with the City and San Francisco Golf Club to make sure safety precautions and procedures are in place. Here is the link to watch the hearing (start at 1:16).
