Happy New Year Broncos!

And just like that - it's 2026! Amazing!


Hope you all had a restful and peaceful break. 

Here are a few notes of appreciation from 2025 as we welcome 2026 in the mix – 

  • Thank you to all the families for the generosity and support given to the faculty and staff during the holiday season. We are so grateful and appreciative!
  • Thank you for supporting our community partners with clothing, food and donations.
  • Thank you all for celebrating our 2025 Christmas Concert  It was so wonderful to bring the Bronco community together!  
  • Thank you to our amazing students and their families for all the love and kindness they continue to share.  
  • Thank you to our teachers and staff for all the dedication and care.
  • Thank you for being thoughtful and as safe as possible on the roads.

Each student is allowed to bring up to two grandparents or special people. If you have any questions or concerns, please email your classroom teacher directly.  Please make sure to complete the RSVP for all of your students. If your students are sharing people please put that with the Name of Student(s) Section. This is Due 1/26. Please only bring people that you have signed up for. We will have name tags for the grandparents and/or special people. If you did not RSVP, you will be turned away. Thank you for your understanding.

Tuesday After School Tutoring Opportunity for
STM Extended Care Students

Aayah Jaber, STM alum from the Class of 2023 and current Mercy High School junior, will be volunteering and hosting an academic tutoring/homework support program every Tuesday from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in Carroll Hall during Extended Care. The goal of her program is to support students in their current academic endeavors as well as helping them to develop their own successful study habits. Please note - this is for STM Extended Care students only. Students must be enrolled and signed in to Extended Care to participate.

MORNING DROP-OFF INFO

Safety First!

 
Before you leave for school, please do a quick health check with your child at home. Please keep children at home if they are ill or demonstrating any contagious symptoms.  Thank you for keeping our students and families as healthy as possible! 

MORNING DROP-OFF

  • The schoolyard gate will open at 7:45 a.m. 
  • TK-8 students may be dropped off between 7:45-8:10 a.m. in the morning. 
  • Please drop students off in the white zone. Pull forward and drive around the block or park up on top of the hill in front of the church. 
  • NO Double Parking for the safety of our community and the Alma Via residents.
  • NO Red Zone Parking
  • DPT will ticket and tow
  • Please drop students off in the white zone. Pull forward.  Keep it moving! Keep it grooving! Safety First!
  • Drivers and family members, please stay in your vehicle
  • For our younger students, please practice exiting the vehicle. STM staff members will be on traffic duty to supervise and help with morning drop-off. 
  • If you must exit your vehicle, please find a parking space across the church or in the neighborhood and walk your child to school. 
  • NO U-TURNS
  • Please do not gather in front of the gate for extended periods during peak drop-off/pick up times.
  

MORNING ASSEMBLY

Students will stay in the schoolyard for morning assembly. Parents, family members, and other adults are not allowed in the schoolyard as we continue to limit visitors to our campus.
 

TARDY STUDENTS

Students arriving after morning assembly will enter through the front office doors for check-in and receive a tardy pass to give to their teacher.

Utopia Preschool
Applications for 2026-2027

Come join the Utopia Preschool Community!!! Parent Participation Requirement - All Families

STM Scrip Purchase Requirement
2025-2026

 
SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families
All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight
program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2026 (billed via FACTS).
 
Maintenance Fee 2025-2026
 
$500 MAINTENANCE FEE - All Families
This fee supports the basic maintenance of the school plant. This fee will be billed to your FACTS account in October. This fee may be paid in installments or in one payment as you wish. It must be paid in full by March 1, 2026. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Requirements & Opportunities

  • Sign-Up Genius for 2026 Book Fair & Grandparents Day was emailed out on 12/10.
  • Be sure to check the signups periodically as families may have dropped shifts after the initial posting day. 
  • If you do not receive an email for event volunteer sign-ups you can access the link by:
    • Visiting STM Parent Club Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left.
    • Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To"
  • Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM Parent Club Volunteer Opportunities, then go to Document Tab 2025–2026.
  • All events require Virtus online training and fingerprinting.  It should be completed and confirmed prior to the event you signed up for.  Please contact school's front office if you have any questions. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Be sure to plan accordingly.
  • For questions about volunteering at events email pcvolunteer@stthomasmoreschool.org  
  • Share any of your school pictures and videos: sports, events, activities etc. to: yearbook@stthomasmoreschool.org
