| | Newsletter for Wednesday, May 20, 2015 Dear Parents, As May draws to a close, we reflect on its association with Mary. During this special month, in which we celebrated Christ's Ascension into Heaven, we are reminded to always keep Mary in our hearts. As we carry on through the year, we should continue to develop a deep personal relationship with Mary – one of love, affection, devotion and trust, so that she always has an important place in our livesto deepen our devotion to Mary. Let's all try to take some practical steps such as praying the Rosary or maybe saying a special prayer like the Hail Mary or Memorare throughout the year, not just during May. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the Queen of Peace, so as we pray, we offer our prayers for peace in our city and throughout the world. | | | STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS Congratulations to all our candidates for running a very successful and effective campaign for the 2015-16 Student Council. All the candidates provided festive and informative campaign materials and each gave rousing campaign speeches to excite the 4th through 8th grade voters!
