Happy Wednesday!  Hope you all had an enjoyable and restful time over the break.  The holiday season is upon us and we are so appreciative of the time to celebrate and gather with family and friends.  Thank you for keeping our community healthy and safe. The second Sunday of Advent approaches and our 7th grade will be hosting this Sunday's Family Mass on December 4, 2022.  Looking forward to seeing you all there for the 10:00 a.m. mass! STM - LEGO DRIVE - November & December 2022 Do you have tons of legos around the house? Are legos taking over your space and you are trying to figure out what to do? Do you want to help us add to our lego collection for extended care and STEAM? If the answer is yes – please bring a bag, box or bin and label it STM Legos! Help STM build our lego collection and inspire future engineers! Thank you for supporting STM School!  Holiday Faire Join us on Saturday, December 10th as we celebrate the holidays and GIVE JOY to our community!  Food | Drinks | Music | Raffle | Fun Activities | Community | Student Marketplace | Craft vendors and more! Event tickets are $5.00 per person.   Hurry, purchase your tickets by Friday, 12/9.  Limited tickets will be available on the day of the event. Attire:  We recommend dressing ready for the cold weather as SF weather is unpredictable.  And of course, holiday festive is highly recommended! Activities:  There will be fun activities for kids and adults to enjoy.  Giving back to our community:  Bring an unwrapped toy, a warm coat or a non-perishable breakfast item and you will receive a ticket to be entered into our raffle!  *Non-perishable breakfast items: oatmeal, cereal, peanut butter, jams, pancake/waffle mix, pop-tarts, fruit cups, etc.* Raffle tickets:  With every purchase of entrance ticket, you will receive a raffle ticket.  Also, we will be selling raffle tickets at the event.  $5.00 per ticket or 5 for $20.00.  Prizes will be items from our vendors.  Winners of non-food items do not need to be present to win. Wreath Auction:  Let us help decorate your home and bid on wreaths curated by each class.  We have fun themes that will surely delight everyone! Nintendo Theme, Pokemon Theme, Roblox Theme, Disney Theme, Succulent + Gardening Theme, Scratchers Theme, and more! Vendors:  Start your holiday shopping and support the small businesses we invited to our Holiday event.  We will announce the vendors on our social media pages soon. STM Bronco Botics teams are forming for First Lego League (FLL) events this Spring.  This year's theme is "Supercharged" and it will be Super Fun! FLL Challenge program for Grades 5-8 and FLL Explore for Grades 1-4 Season runs mid January through April/May, depending on FLL event dates. Registration open NOW!!!  Fee $200 billed to FACTS. Register here! Coaches also needed! FLL requires two coaches per team of 6-10 students. Note that we cannot form teams without coaches, but no experience is required, and coaching robotics is a blast! All materials provided with team fee. Teams complete exciting challenges with Lego and coding, and attend NorCal events in April-May.
