View this email in your browser February 8, 2023  Hello STM Broncos! Happy Wednesday! There is so much to be thankful for!   Thank you for celebrating Catholic School's Week (CSW) and Spirit Week 2023!  Thank you to all the Grandparents and special friends for joining in the fun! It was wonderful to bring the whole community together!     Our Book Fair set a new record! Well done STM! Special thanks to all the parent volunteers especially the 2022-2023 Bookfair Committee: Maria, Rose, and Arlette!   Laudato si' is Pope Francis's call to all the people of the world to protect and save the environment.  The theme for this year's contest was "Safe Water for All."  Students from all over the Archdiocese of San Francisco participated in this year's contest. We have three STM students that were selected to receive an award!  Congratulations to Ms. Ginger and the whole third grade class for their particiaption! * * * 2022-2023 Awardees * * * Emma Grace Wong, Grand Prize Winner Danika Talorda, First Place, San Francisco County Cassidy Lyness Sales – Honorable Mention   St. Thomas More Preschool Utopia – is currently accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year.  Priority enrollment is given to STM families. Application can be found here.   February is Black History Month. Check out the following Resources to celebrate Black History.   Happy Lunar New Year 2023!  What is your Lunar New Year animal? Please join us for the 8th grade family mass this Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Church.  See you there!   St. Thomas More students are preparing for their First Reconciliation which is scheduled for next week Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.    STM's 31st Annual Cioppino tickets are now available! Get them while you can!
