Happy Wednesday Broncos!  Happy Lunar New Year! Happy Catholic Schools' Week!

Yesterday, January 28, 2025, our school celebrated the 100th day of school!
Students, faculty & staff dressed up like they are 100 years old.  So much fun!

STM Maintenance Fee 2024-2025

$500 MAINTENANCE FEE - All Families
This fee supports the basic maintenance of the school plant. This fee will be billed to your FACTS account in October. This fee may be paid in installments or in one payment as you wish. It must be paid in full by March 1, 2025. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2024-2025

 
SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families
All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight
program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2025.
 

Utopia Preschool
Applications for 2025-2026

Utopia Preschool is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! The first round of acceptance letters will be distributed in January. Schedule a tour by calling (415) 317-6269 or email our Director, Stephanie at svorrises@stmsf.org. Current STM families are given priority enrollment! 

STM Academic Chess
February 5 - March 26

Academic Chess will begin after school Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 3:05-4:05 PM and will
run for 8 weeks. Link will close after the limited number of students enrolled.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, February 3, 2025

School days for all students TK-8 will begin at 8:10 a.m. promptly. 

STM Parent Club Participation
Requirements & Opportunities

  • Sign-Up Genius for Grandparents Day went live on 1/8/25.
  • Grandparents Day requires parent volunteers to complete Virtus training and fingerprinting prior to the event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions.
  • The Book Faire requires parent volunteers to complete Virtus training and fingerprinting (Live Scan) prior to the event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions. 
  • Parents Club Meeting on 2/4/24 @ 7:00 p.m. via Zoom
  • If you do not receive an email you can access the link by: 
    • Visiting STM PC Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left.
    • Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To"
