View this email in your browser February 19, 2025 Happy Wednesday Broncos!     One final - Thank You - to the whole STM Community for a very successful WCEA/WASC accreditation visit!  We got approved for the maximum 6 years again!  Great Job Broncos! It is a wonderful testament to all the good work our "village" is doing - celebrating 70 years and going strong!   * * * Thank you for supporting STM @ the City Hall.  Thank you to the families and children who attended the hearing on February 13 and to those who sent letters to the commission. After hearing statements from the Golf Club and the STM/Utopia community, the commission voted 4-2 to approve the request for a Conditional Use Permit.  Because of our collective efforts many modifications have been made. However, we will continue to work with the City and San Francisco Golf Club to make sure safety precautions and procedures are in place. Saint Thomas More School Yearbook Order 2025 STM School Spring Festival 2025 Aloha Fiesta! STM Maintenance Fee 2024-2025 $500 MAINTENANCE FEE - All Families This fee supports the basic maintenance of the school plant. This fee will be billed to your FACTS account.  This fee may be paid in installments or in one payment as you wish. It must be paid in full by March 1, 2025. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances. SPRING READ-A-THON FUNDRAISER - All Families All TK-8 students will participate in the Spring Read-A-Thon. There will be a minimum total pledge amount of $30 per child for the Read-A-Thon.  STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2024-2025   SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2025.   Utopia Preschool Applications for 2025-2026 Utopia Preschool is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year!
