This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.  Re-registration fee will be DUE 4/15/25 and billed to your FACTS Account. STM Spring Read-A-Thon 2024-2025   SPRING READ-A-THON FUNDRAISER - All Families All TK-8 students will participate in the Spring Read-A-Thon. There will be a minimum total pledge amount of $30 per child for the Read-A-Thon. Forms are due by March 19, 2025.   STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2024-2025   SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2025.   Utopia Preschool Applications for 2025-2026 Utopia Preschool is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Current STM families are given priority enrollment!  2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR INFORMATION School days for all students TK-8 will begin at 8:10 a.m. promptly.  Calendar 2025-2026 Financial policies for 2025-2026 Parent Tuition Agreement Form and Parent Participation Requirements Form 2025-2026 School Foodies  STM Parent Club Participation Requirements & Opportunities Sign-Up Genius seeking chaperones for the 8th Grade Social went live last Wednesday, 3/12 around 7 p.m. Sign-Up Genius seeking volunteers for the Easter Egg Hunt will be live today, Wednesday, 3/19 around 7 p.m. There are many open shifts available for Spring Festival emailed on 2/26.  Virtus online training and fingerprinting should be done prior to the event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions. If you do not receive an email for event volunteer sign-ups you can access the link by: Visiting STM PC Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left. Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To" Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM PC Volunteer Opportunities. After hearing statements from the Golf Club and the STM/Utopia community, the commission voted 4-2 to approve the request for a Conditional Use Permit.  Because of our collective efforts many modifications have been made. However, we will continue to work with the City and San Francisco Golf Club to make sure safety precautions and procedures are in place. Here is the link to watch the hearing (start at 1:16).
