This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.  Re-registration was DUE 4/15/25 and billed to your FACTS Account. See flyer below for more information.   Link: Purchase & Customize Yearbook Saint Thomas More School Yearbook Order 2025 Due Date Extended: May 2     STM School Spring Festival 2025 Aloha Fiesta! Parent Participation Requirement - All Families $50 Parents' Club Dues 2025-2026  Each family is required to join ($50 per family per year) and to cooperate with the Parents' Club fulfilling their Parent Participation Requirements. The school works in cooperation with the Club's leadership in the decision-making, implementation and enforcement of their policies. Dues are payable no later than September 15, 2025 and are non-refundable.  STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2025-2026   SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2026. Utopia Preschool Applications for 2025-2026 Utopia Preschool is currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Space is limited! STM Parent Club Participation Requirements & Opportunities There are many open shifts available for Spring Festival emailed on 2/26/25 and Spring Musical emailed on 4/2/25.   Virtus online training and fingerprinting should be done prior to the event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions. If you do not receive an email for event volunteer sign-ups you can access the link by: Visiting STM PC Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left. Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To" Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM PC Volunteer Opportunities.
