View this email in your browser May 14, 2025 Happy Wednesday Broncos!   This year is truly flying by! Thank you to everyone for supporting our 2025 All School Spring Musical - Willy Wonka Kids! It was such a wonderful way to celebrate all the hard work, dedication and effort by everyone. As this is STM All-School Retreat Week - we take time to connect with God through nature walks, STM church mural tours, God's house - reflections, prayer, art and singing.  We also had our final Faith Family Celebration.  Friday we have STM Day to remember Saint Thomas More our school's namesake. Spirit Week starts this Friday, May 16! Space is limited! Schedule a tour by calling (415) 317-6269 or email our Director, Stephanie at svorrises@stmsf.org. Current STM families are given priority enrollment!  Parent Participation Requirement - All Families $50 Parents' Club Dues 2025-2026  Each family is required to join ($50 per family per year) and to cooperate with the Parents' Club fulfilling their Parent Participation Requirements. The school works in cooperation with the Club's leadership in the decision-making, implementation and enforcement of their policies. Dues are payable no later than September 15, 2025 and are non-refundable.  STM Scrip Purchase Requirement 2025-2026   SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2026. STM Parent Club Participation Requirements & Opportunities  Please contact pcvolunteer@stthomasmoreschool.org for details.  Virtus online training and fingerprinting should be done prior to the event. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Please plan accordingly and contact the school's front office with questions. If you do not receive an email for event volunteer sign-ups you can access the link by: Visiting STM PC Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left. Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To" Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM PC Volunteer Opportunities.
