This is a mandatory meeting for all families. We will have a raffle for $100 off tuition for five STM families who arrive on time! Please pick up your raffle ticket at the teachers' tables. One ticket per child. SCHEDULE Gates Open/Schoolyard Parking: 5:30 p.m. Check-In: 5:30-6:00 p.m. in the Gym Raffle: 6:00 p.m. Introductions: 6:00-6:20 p.m. Classroom Sessions Session 1: 6:30-6:55 p.m. Session 2: 7:00-7:25 pm ATTENDANCE At least one parent from each family is required to attend. Per the Parent Tuition Agreement Form and Parent Participation Requirements, families without a representative in attendance will be assessed a $50 fee for a missed meeting. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150.
