Click Link: St. Thomas More 34th Annual Cioppino Dinner & Silent Auction 2026 * * * * Cioppino 2026 is fast approaching. The Cioppino Auction Committee will begin accepting parent donations through Wednesday 2/18. Donation items must be new and at least $25.00 in value. Examples of items include gift cards, cash, wine, liquor, hotel stays and vacation options. Please also consider unique donations such as vendor services.
* For each parent donation made by a family, students will receive (1) free dress pass / date determined by Mr. G and (1) raffle ticket for every $25.00 donation.
* Example: (1) $75.00 donation = (1) free dress pass + (3) raffle tickets
The raffle prize is a full PE uniform from Simply Uniform.
* Donations due date February 18
* Drop items into the office labeled with Cioppino Silent Auction/ Parent contact information and student name/grade

Safety First! Before you leave for school, please do a quick health check with your child at home. Please keep children at home if they are ill or demonstrating any contagious symptoms. Thank you for keeping our students and families as healthy as possible! MORNING DROP-OFF - The schoolyard gate will open at 7:45 a.m.
- TK-8 students may be dropped off between 7:45-8:10 a.m. in the morning.
- Please drop students off in the white zone. Pull forward and drive around the block or park up on top of the hill in front of the church.
- NO Double Parking for the safety of our community and the Alma Via residents.
- NO Red Zone Parking
- DPT will ticket and tow

- Drivers and family members, please stay in your vehicle.
- For our younger students, please practice exiting the vehicle. STM staff members will be on traffic duty to supervise and help with morning drop-off.

- Please do not gather in front of the gate for extended periods during peak drop-off/pick up times.
MORNING ASSEMBLY
Students will stay in the schoolyard for morning assembly. Parents, family members, and other adults are not allowed in the schoolyard as we continue to limit visitors to our campus. February is a perfect time to promote kindness and empathy! Important Dates: 2/15-2/21: Random Acts of Kindness Week Purpose: To encourage, celebrate, and normalize small acts of kindness to create a positive impact on the world.  Counselor's Tip for Parents & Guardians
Helping kids manage stress during busy months: -
Encourage a consistent routine (sleep, meals, homework time). -
Model positive coping (talk, take breaks, breathe). -
Remind children that mistakes are part of learning—growth comes from effort! "Remember, a little encouragement can make a big difference. Let's keep building a caring school community together!"

| | | Parent Participation Requirement - All Families STM Scrip Purchase Requirement
2025-2026 SCRIP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT – All Families All families are required to generate a minimum of $100 profit by participating in the RaiseRight program authorized by the school. Scrip purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 will be credited to this requirement. Families who do not wish to participate or do not reach the minimum requirement of $100 profit will need to use a combination of scrip profit and cash/check for a total of $150. The buy out fee is due no later than April 20, 2026 (billed via FACTS). Maintenance Fee 2025-2026
$500 MAINTENANCE FEE - All Families
This fee supports the basic maintenance of the school plant. This fee will be billed to your FACTS account in October. This fee may be paid in installments or in one payment as you wish. Requirements & Opportunities - Sign-Up Genius volunteer sign-ups for 2026 Father-Daughter Dance and Easter Egg Hunt will be emailed out on Wednesday, 2/18/26 around 7:00 p.m.
- Sign-Up Genius volunteer sign-ups for 2026 Cioppino was sent out on Wednesday, 1/28/26 around 7:00 p.m.
- Be sure to check the signups periodically as families may have dropped shifts after the initial posting day.
- If you do not receive an email for event volunteer sign-ups you can access the link by:
- Visiting STM Parent Club Volunteer Opportunities and navigating to the specific event using the headings on the left.
- Logging in to your Sign Up Genius account with the email provided to the STM Office. You will see "Sign Ups I'm Invited To"
- Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM Parent Club Volunteer Opportunities, then go to Document Tab 2025–2026.
- All events require Virtus online training and fingerprinting. It should be completed and confirmed prior to the event you signed up for. Please contact school's front office if you have any questions. This process can take between 3–4 weeks. Be sure to plan accordingly.
