Students in TK-5 were excited to have their first Mandarin class yesterday and all grade enjoyed their first Music class today. We are happy to welcome back Dr. Colorado, our school counselor for this year as well as Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Ruppel, our Learning Support Program Administrators.
It was great to see you all at our back-to-school night last week. Congratulations to the families of 7th graders, Haya Ansari and Aditi Kapadia , who both won a raffle for $500 towards their tuition! As we mentioned at the meeting, we hope to see everyone on Sunday, September 8, for one of the most important celebrations of the school year. Please join us for our Back-to-School Mass at 10:00. Come and share in the celebration as we begin a new year together at St. Thomas More School and Utopia Preschool.

Last week's Wednesday envelope contained important forms that vital forms that require your attention. If you have not already done so, please complete them thoroughly (front and back in some cases!) and return them immediately.

At this time, we need to remind everyone of a few guidelines. Firstly, please follow the directions of the students on traffic patrol. Secondly, do not park on the yellow-lined crosswalk or in the division passageway between the two (one-way) lanes next to the golf course. Thirdly, please avoid U-turns if at all possible. We ask you to drive around the church instead. And lastly, please be respectful and courteous to our neighbors at the Golf Club, St. Thomas More Church, Alma Via, and especially to our students and staff who are working hard to make the drop off and pick up procedures safe for all our students. We all need to share the valuable and limited parking spaces. A little patience goes a long way! Please don't force us to publish photos of "people behaving badly". | | | Sincerely,
