View this email in your browser September 6, 2023 Hello STM Broncos! Hard to believe it is already September! Hope you all had restful 3 day weekend! This week STAR testing begins and today the STM Fun Run '23 Kick Off Assembly was held. Check this out: STM FUN RUN RALLY 9.6.23. The students are pumped! It's going to be another great effort by our community. Thank you all in advance for your support and encouragement for health, wellness and fitness. Why do we need to fundraise? The actual cost per student that tuition and fees do not cover ranges from 2-5 thousand dollars per year. For us to keep STM education as affordable as possible, there are several opportunities to give back and support our school community.  September is also the start of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. We are very fortunate to have such loving and supportive communities. However, we need to make sure that mental health and wellness are always supported and brought to light. We have several community members that will be leading the charge in bringing supportive programming to those in need. Please see Suicide Prevention Awareness Month for helpful resources. Feel free to reach out to our counselor, Ms. Corry (jcorry@stmsf.org) for more information. In a few short months, STM will celebrate our 70th anniversary year. That will begin our 5 year journey to 75 years strong! We are looking forward to a number of amazing and memorable celebrations along the way to 2029.
