View this email in your browser October 2, 2024 We are already halfway through the first trimester.   It is hard to believe it is October already!  Halloween is only a few weeks away and the students are very excited for the festivities! Tomorrow, October 3rd, we will dress down and show our little way to support the Missions from wherever we are in the world.  Please bring your $2 to support the Missions. This week is parent-teacher conferences. FRANCIS October 3, 2024 at 12:45 p.m. Saint Thomas More Church Tomorrow, October 3, is the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of our city. St. Francis called attention to God's great love for all creatures great and small. Tomorrow, October 3rd at 12:45 p.m., we will gather at the shrine of St. Francis outside the entrance of our church to greet those who would like to bring their pets for a blessing and to pray the prayer of St. Francis for God's creation. Bring your pet and join us! Fr. Our events are a success because of parents who work hard behind the scenes to make them happen! Parents can always review guidelines as well as see current & past events or sign-ups at STM PC Volunteer Opportunities  Fall Fundraiser (Fun Run) - All families are required to participate in the Fall Fundraiser.  Each family is to raise a minimum $100 per per child enrolled in the school.  Families who choose not to participate may pay a buyout fee of $150 per child.  Families who do not  meet the minimum requirement of $100 per child must pay the difference between the amount raised and $150. The class representatives and trunk or treat  volunteers will be responsible for storing the candy and will be picking it up from the office.  Families need to label the candy donations so we know which class it belongs to.
