View this email in your browser September 1, 2021 Dear STM Families,  Attached please find a General Exposure Advisory Form regarding a positive case of Covid-19 in our school. If your child is in a classroom where a positive case has been reported, you will also have received a Close Contact Advisory Form by email with further details regarding the quarantine needs of your child. Those  The San Francisco Department of Public Health states, "During the last school year, schools had little-to-no spread of COVID-19, even when community transmission was high."     Thank you for immediately contacting us when you or your child have tested positive for Covid-19 or has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. Together we can continue to keep our school community safe and healthy. Please keep children at home if they are ill or showing any symptoms that may be related to Covid-19. CALENDAR Wednesday, September 1 Virtual Back-to-School Night Friday, September 3 Student Holiday - TK-8 Faith Formation Day Monday, September 6 School Holiday - Labor Day Wednesday, September 8 First Day of Music Thursday, September 9 Riordan visits Grades 7-8 Parents' Club Meeting 7 pm  STAR Testing Q1 - September 7-17 Drop-Off and Dismissal Procedures Morning drop-off procedures are off to a smooth start. Please observe the drop off times for different grade levels. Do not drop off students before 7:55am to avoid crowding the sidewalk. Students are unsupervised before 8:00am.  Grade Level Drop-Off Time Classes Begin GR 4-8 and siblings 8:00-8:15 am GR 4-8 8:15 am TK-3 8:15-8:30 am TK-3 8:30 am    Here are a few reminders to keep traffic moving along and running safely for all both before and after school. Be patient with other drivers Follow directions from staff Absolutely no U-turns Use indicators No double parking In the morningPlease park up by the church or across the street if you need to get out of your car to assist your child VIRTUAL BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 Below is the Back To School Night Schedule for Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Homeroom teachers have sent out Zoom links for you to join their Back To School Night sessions.    Back to School Night Schedule  6:00-6:30 pm - Grades 3, 4 and 8 6:40-7:10 pm - Grades 1, 2, and 7 7:15-7:45 pm - TK, K, 5, and 6 EMERGENCY AND SCHOOL FORMS All students received several forms for families to complete and return last week. Please ensure that all necessary forms have been completed and returned.  1. Emergency Forms  Universal Medical Information/Emergency Contact Medical Release and Consent to Treatment of child 2. Extended Care Forms -Extended Care, Agreement for Services  Food Allergy for Extended Care 3.
