Dear STM Families,
St. Anne School is hosting a Vaccination Clinic for 5-11 year olds (first or second dose) as well as a Booster Clinic (12+ years old) THIS SATURDAY, Jan. 22 from 9:30 - 1:00 in their school cafeteria. Included are the links for you to use to sign up for any of the vaccinations/booster. Drop-ins will also be accepted.

- Pfizer boosters for 12+
- Must be given at least 5 months after the 2nd dose
- For minors, parents will need to reset their password if they cannot log in to make a booster appointment, and: - parents/guardians please sign up as the parent (with parent info and the parent birthdate) and then add the minor to get the correct consent.
- Parents should also complete the pre vaccination checklist the evening prior to the event. This is different than completing the profiles and is red box on the link when logged in
