View this email in your browser August 24, 2022 Hello STM Broncos! Tonight – Wednesday, August 24, 2022 - We are looking forward to seeing you all at Back to School Night 2022 @ STM! Gates/Schoolyard parking opens @ 5:00 p.m. - Raffle @ 6:00 p.m. We resumed our regular mass schedule last Friday. It was wonderful to bring our whole community together in celebration. "God is Love" was one of many important messages that stood out. Thank you Reverend Richard Van De Water for a lovely service.   And a very special shout-out goes to the STM Choir who sang their hearts out and guided the entire school with their beautiful singing! Well done! We are all truly blessed to be part of such an amazing community! Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you soon! God bless you all! Open to STM students grades 4-8. No experience is necessary.  For more information, see registration forms below. Music Matters Percussion Protocol Ensemble Fall Registration  Music Matters Wind Ensemble Fall Registration Contact: joshyfrye@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT Wednesday, August 24, 2022 6:00-7:30 pm Back-to-School Night is on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm in the gym. This is a mandatory meeting for all families. We will have a raffle for $100 off tuition for five STM families who arrive on time! Please pick up your raffle ticket at the teachers' tables. One ticket per child.  SCHEDULE Gates Open/Schoolyard Parking: 5:30 pm Check-In: 5:30-6:00 pm in the Gym Raffle: 6:00 pm Introductions: 6:00-6:20 pm Classroom Sessions Session 1: 6:30-6:55 pm Session 2: 7:00-7:25 pm ATTENDANCE At least one parent from each family is required to attend. Per the 2022-2023 Parent Participation Requirements, families without a representative in attendance will be assessed a $50 fee for a missed meeting. Please email your child's teacher if you are unable to attend.  PARKING Parking will be difficult, please plan to arrive on time. Limited parking will be available in the schoolyard so consider carpooling or parking on Brotherhood Way or in Park Merced. MASKING For your safety and that of our faculty and staff, we strongly recommend a well-fitted mask for all who attend Back-to-School Night. Please ask a staff member for a mask at the gym entrance if you need one. Masks will also be available in the classrooms.  EXTENDED CARE While it would be ideal if children could stay at home, we understand this is not always possible. Childcare for STM students will be available in Carroll Hall at $10 per family.  Please complete the reservation for childcare below.
