Hello STM Community:

We are so excited to have some of our students back on campus. It is truly a joy to hear their voices and see the beaming smiles each day. They are doing a really fantastic job of wearing masks, practicing social distance, and developing healthy hygiene habits. Drop off and pick up procedures have been running very smoothly. Thanks so much for following directions and for completing your child's health check at home. Please be aware that TK-2 students arriving after 8:30am will be marked tardy.

Returning to school also requires that we implement and bring you up to date with the policies and guidelines from the SFDPH Parent-Guardian-Health-Check-Handout with regard to students who become ill at school. Please know your options regarding your child coming back to class after an illness. Read the guidelines to know what to do in the following cases.

  • Child gets tested for Covid-19

  • Child is not tested

  • Doctor or clinic makes an exception

No student may return to campus without following the guidelines, notifying the school the day before they plan to return on the Student Clearance to Return to School Form providing the school with the relevant documentation.

Grades 3-6 return on Monday, Nov. 2, 2020. Drop off time is 8:00-8:15 am

Grades 7-8 return on Monday, Nov. 16, 2020. Drop off time is 7:45-8:00 am

Students with younger siblings should be dropped off at the same time as the oldest child in the family. Please be aware that Grade 6 Drop-off time has changed to 8:00-8:15 am.

The following youtube video is helpful for you and your family to pray a decade of the rosary at home. Some teachers have also used this with the students at school. Decade of the rosary

Continue to pray for the many families all over the world that are affected by the Covid-19 virus; for those who have lost loved ones, those who have lost jobs and family income, homeless individuals and families struggling to stay fed and healthy and all others who are in need of our prayers.

Blessings,

Marie Fitzpatrick
