View this email in your browser TK-2 Drop-Off and Dismissal Procedures   We are very excited to welcome our TK-2 students who selected in-person instruction back to school tomorrow, October 19, 2020!   TK-2  Morning Drop-Off: 8:15-8:30 am Dismissal: 2:30-2:45 pm  Please be prompt as our teachers will start the school day at 8:30 and begin synchronized instruction with our distance learning students at home.  LATE STUDENTS: Students arriving late will enter through the front office doors for check-in. Parents, please park and walk your child to the front door to present your Student Health Screening Verification email to our office staff. As a reminder, please keep students at home if they have a 100.4 degree temperature or higher.  For more information, check out the Drop-Off and Dismissal Procedures on our STM Infection Mitigation website.  MORNING DROP-OFF  Student Health Screening Form Link bitly.com/stmhealth Complete the Student Health Screening before you leave your house each morning.  Use one form for all STM students in your family.  You will need to take your child(ren)'s temperature.  If the form is not completed before drop-off, you will need to park and complete the form before you re-enter the white zone for drop-off.  Pro Tips:  Practice completing the Student Health Screening Form TODAY and make sure you receive the Health Screening Verification email from the office.  Bookmark the Student Health Form link on your mobile phone for easy access.  Close the browser window and/or tab after you have completed the form each day.  Open your Student Health Screening Verification email on your mobile phone and ready to present to our STM Staff at the white zone.  What happens if I do not receive the Student Health Verification email? Make sure you entered your correct email address. Check your spam folder. Add office@stthomasmoreschool.org to your contacts. Try using a different email address. If all of the above fails, email our technology coordinator, Mrs. Wong, at stmtech@stmsf.org for assistance.  READY FOR SCHOOL? STM MORNING DROP-OFF VIDEO DISMISSAL PROCEDURES TK-2 and siblings dismissal 2:30-2:45 pm The schoolyard gate will open at 2:25 pm. Families may park in the white zone and surrounding neighborhood. Please do not park nor block the golf course entrance and other establishments.  Please stay on the outside of the gates to wait for your children.
