Everything in the world is made up of matter. Matter exists in different forms: solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. Here are the third graders demonstrating their knowledge of matter. Students challenged themselves to show how each type of matter has its own unique properties and to classify objects according to their properties. Great Job, Third Grade!

Dear Parents:

Lent is a special time for spiritual growth. The Church invites us to be introspective and prepare for the celebration of Christ's Paschal Mystery with prayer, fasting and almsgiving. It can be a challenge for children to give alms, so we want to encourage them to practice giving in a way that provides both an opportunity for sacrifice as well as generosity.

STM students are invited to practice being good stewards of their possessions by going through their things and setting aside those clothes, sports gear, toys, etc. that they have grown out of or no longer use. It demonstrates gratitude for God's gifts, and passes those gifts on to others.

Our students have always been the epitome of generosity and kind heartedness when giving to the needy and marginalized populations. Thank you for all you do in supporting and encouraging your children to live the Gospel.
